In the process of research and interaction with industry and academics, it is observed that the existing modules or curricula require thorough revision duly incorporating necessary changes to cope with the changed requirements of the society with human face. Moreover, the present type of management education prevalent in the country, rather to say across the globe requires thorough revision, compared to the present day trends and changes taking place across the globe. The managers of yester years and centuries cannot perform now in the changing circumstances, unless they keep abreast of the changes. Once, the job of the manager was to get the things done. But that definition is historic and is no more valid for the present day. The managers too have to be technologically aware and vigilant lest they should be fooled by the subordinates and menials.
We have been conducting thorough research on academic curricula for a long through dedicated team of professionals involving industrial professionals too in the process to make the modules more meaningful and practical.
To start with, a couple of professional techno-managerial modules at post graduate level are formulated. A value added integrated Master's Program in Business Administration is also formulated exclusively for the benefit of those who passed 10+2. This course is of 4 years of study get a Master's degree besides professional degree like I.C.W.A.I., being the integral part of the academic curriculum to give impetus to the prospective corporate leaders and financial controllers.
Many more courses based on research are in pipeline and they will be introduced in due course.
